Our Commitment
Ian and his team at Aquae Sulis Dental believe in building mutually beneficial and long lasting relationships with their professional partners. We are always very grateful for your referrals, and we are committed to adding value to both you and to your patients, and respect your ongoing relationship with them. We will always welcome feedback on any area in which we can improve our professional relationship and your patients' experience with us, and make the following commitment:
- Your patients will be seen at the practice at the earliest convenient time.
- At the initial consultation appointment your patient will be examined and their treatment options detailed to them. Generally a second appointment is then made where relevant diagnostic tools such as radiographs, photographs and wax-ups are taken. A treatment plan and expected costs will be finalised and given in writing to the patient. If you plan to restore the case yourself, you will be fully involved in the planning stage and it may be beneficial to arrange a joint appointment with the dentists and the patient.
- Your patient will be invoiced directly by Aquae Sulis Dental for all work undertaken by us, as each stage is completed.
- No treatment, other than that requested by the referral dentist, will be undertaken without prior consultation.
- You will be kept fully informed by letters sent to you, during and at the completion of treatment.
- All patients will be reviewed between three and six months after the treatment completion and then annually thereafter.
- No patient will be encouraged to remain with the practice beyond their treatment.
- All work will be guaranteed by Aquae Sulis Dental. In the event of a problem, the patient should be encouraged to contact us as soon as possible.
