At Aquae Sulis Dental Practice the well-being and health of our patients and colleagues is our main priority. Over the past few weeks we have been working relentlessly to ensure we stay on top of the COVID-19 situation and we are continuing to adapt (in accordance with the guidance from the Government and our governing bodies). We always put our patient and team members’ safety first and that philosophy continues throughout the current situation.
We want to reassure you that although our practice is closed, we are still here at the end of the phone to discuss any concerns you may have, provide advice or help secure emergency care. Cancellations – currently all appointments in May have/will be cancelled.
Re-booking – we will be taking a priority-based approach where we will need to prioritise those with immediate care need, such as emergency patients in pain/discomfort. Next will be those patients who are mid treatment and then patients who are due for their routine check-ups. These patients will be invited to attend in order of when their appointment was due where ever possible.
